Shipping
All Undercut Works Team items are custom-made to order using Print-on-Demand technology.
- Fulfillment Time: It takes 2–5 business days to create your product before it is shipped.
- Notification: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves the fulfillment center.
Shipping Estimates We ship globally from our partner fulfillment centers to get your "Paddock Style" to you as fast as possible.
- Europe: 5–8 business days after fulfillment.
- USA / Canada: 8–20 business days after fulfillment.
- Rest of the World: 10–20 business days after fulfillment.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- EU Orders: Since we are a Spanish company (SAPERIS CONSULTING S.L.), VAT is included or calculated at checkout. No additional customs duties apply for orders delivered within the European Union.
- International Orders (Non-EU): Orders shipped outside the European Union (including UK, USA, Switzerland) may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Package Not Received If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office before contacting us at hello@undercutworksteam.com. Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

Return policy
Standard Return Policy (International / Non-EU Orders) To maintain our commitment to sustainable, print-on-demand production, all sales for orders shipped to addresses outside of the European Union (including the US, UK, and Switzerland) are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind," buyer’s remorse, or incorrect size selection for international shipments.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days from delivery of the last item on your order, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return (EU Only) To start a return under the 14-day cooling off period, log in to your account at https://shopify.com/106376036701/account and request a return directly from your order. If you checked out as a guest, you can still access your orders using the same link by entering your email address. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: SAPERIS CONSULTING S.L., Calle Bolivia 12, San Luis de Sabinillas, Manilva 29692 (Málaga), España.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty.
Damages and Issues (Global Guarantee) Regardless of your location, please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at hello@undercutworksteam.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, even within the EU, such as custom products (including personalized items with custom names or numbers). We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (EU only), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
