Shipping policy

Order Processing & Fulfillment All Undercut Works Team items are custom-made to order using Print-on-Demand technology.

• Fulfillment Time: It takes 2–5 business days to create your product before it is shipped.

• Notification: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves the fulfillment center.

Shipping Estimates We ship globally from our partner fulfillment centers to get your "Paddock Style" to you as fast as possible.

• Europe: 5–10 business days after fulfillment.

• USA / Canada: 7–12 business days after fulfillment.

• Rest of the World: 10–20 business days after fulfillment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• EU Orders: Since we are a Spanish company (SAPERIS CONSULTING S.L.), VAT is included or calculated at checkout. No additional customs duties apply for orders delivered within the European Union.

• International Orders (Non-EU): Orders shipped outside the European Union (including UK, USA, Switzerland) may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Package Not Received If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office before contacting us at hello@saperis.io. Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
